I want to take this long overdue opportunity to thank you for all of your assistance in the purchase of my two homes on Linda Isle.

You and I met several years ago when I always seemed to be viewing properties you had listed on Linda Isle. At the time, I was working with another very well-known broker in the area. I was thoroughly impressed that you always remembered my wife's and my name. You were always available, pleasant and possessed an uncanny knowledge about Linda Isle.

After making, several unsuccessful offers with the other broker, I called you. You knew immediately who I was. I asked if you would be our broker. You went to work with a passion to find us what we wanted. There was one home we were particularly crazy about, but had not been able to put a "deal" together on it with our previous broker. You encouraged us to hire another offer and let you do the negotiating for us. You had known the owner for years. Our former broker had insulted the owner and the owner would not negotiate any further with him. This owner bad the greatest respect for you; however, I put you to the task with what I was willing, to pay for the property. At each turn of the road, I challenged your abilities and at each turn you met the challenge. The end result was a purchase of our dream home and a very' satisfied seller as well as us.

We then needed an interim place to live in while we tore our dream home (location) to the ground. You encouraged us to purchase another home on Linda- Isle. You really believed in the value- of the island, not only as a place to live, but as a good investment. We successfully purchased another home here and have never been happier.

We love the island and look forward to the day our new home is ready for us to occupy. We could never have done it without you. We had reached the end of our ropes when we called you and you turned it- all around for us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
