You are the best!! There is absolutely no question in my mind that the sale of our home at 606 Ramona Dr., in Corona Del Mar, could never have happened without your persistent and extraordinary efforts.
You were the consummate professional in dealing with the "tenants from hell". Over a two month period, in the face of almost constant challenge, you stayed amazingly calm, and exercised consistently good judgement. In my thirty five years as a senior executive of real estate development, mortgage banking firms and banks, I have met only a handful of pro's such as you who can remain so focused, and overcome such venomous attacks to make a deal happen.
You have earned our highest possible recommendation as someone whose integrity, people skills, knowledge and experience do make a difference. We will search for referrals for you, and welcome an opportunity to discuss your abilities with prospective clients.
